Hello:

We are rearranging our data center and need to move our Nimble AF40 to a new network segment (different IP and GW), any idea about the best way to do this?

A call to Nimble Support would be the best way.

Create and edit a Netconfig Draft.

Set new subnet IPs, netmask?
Set new subnet gateway.
Double-Check everything.

Validate the draft.

Double-Check everything.

Make Draft Active.

Adding on to Sheldon's reply: keep in mind - changes will be needed on all hosts connected to the storage array since IP and GW are changing. Please refer to host-side best practices.
