Nimble Storage VSS backup error

I have Nimble Storage HF20H-2OBT-22T-1440F, with iSCSI connection to Windows Server 2012 R2 with NTW installed (Setup-HPEStorageToolkit-x64.7.1.1.68.exe). Firmware version is 5.2.1.800-930936-opt - last version.

When my third-party backup software starts backup job, I get VSS error in Application windows log, and backup task fail.

Event ID: 4380

Unable able to read Group Management Credentials for array IP =10.0.0.2.Please reset the credentials using 'Set-NWTConfiguration'.

I try combination of Clear-NWTConfiguration and Set-NWTConfiguration, it accept my Nimble web interface credential, but backup jobs fail again and again.

I opened ticket 04781914 at supportcase@nimblestorage.com - but no useful answer for 15 days

Using procmon, I see - Nimble.VssProvider.exe try to read login and password from HKLM\SOFTWARE\Nimble Storage\Configuration\GrpMgmtProfileList\

Please note, HPE Storage Toolkit for Windows supports only English versions of Windows.
We have seen VSS related failure, when ran against non-english windows OS. Thank you.

NWT installer wasn't require English Windows, only cumulative update rollups...
