    <description>&lt;P&gt;changed some DNS stuff and split amongst servers in datacenters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intallng the latest update seems to have fixed the original problem, other issues may have been remnants of that or just needed updating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1931905"&gt;@Mahesh202&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry, yes, its a model AF40.&amp;nbsp; I installed the latest upgrade yesterday in hopes that it would fix the bug.&amp;nbsp; Now I am getting:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Type: 2113&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Message: Unable to resolve known support hosts due to DNS lookup failure on controller A for host XXX&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Version: 6.1.2.300-1042680-opt"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No settings have changed other than installing the update.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
