What is the array's serial number? If you post that, we can look to see if the array is blacklisted. Also, if you hover your mouse over the red exclamation mark, a popup will appear with more information that may help us diagnose the issue.

AS-194265 is a bug number. Your array was added to a deny list to prevent issues after updating to 6.1.2.500 or 6.1.2.600. Arrays with snapshots that update to those releases and then try to merge with another group will become unstable. Those issues are caused by the AS-194265 bug. So, we ask that customers wanting to update contact us beforehand so we can prepare the database on the array for future group merges. First, we remove your array from the deny list so you can update. Next, you perform the update. Then, we log into the array and prepare the database for future merges. Alternatively, you could wait until Version 6.1.2.700, which will contain a fix for the bug built in.
