installing ncm 3.4 with update manager

i am trying to instlale ncm 3.4 with update manager but it does not seem to work

I imported the zip file and create base line. attached to host and install. vsphere shows remediate entry done but nothing happens

I went to ssh and checked no nimble plugin installed

Can you install the VIB manually, or does that return an error?

if this is on ESX 6 you need to reboot the host before you can see this is installed. Please read the Nimble Connection Integration Guide you can find on InfoSight

Have you tried to see which VIBs will be active after a reboot?

esxcli software vib list --rebooting-image from the local server or

esxcli --server < server name> vib list --rebooting-image

To see which VIBs have been installed:

esxcli software vib list

I had the same issue, rebooting did not resolve it, though a manual install/reboot took care of it.
