    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to debug when / how this happened, you will need access to vcenter sps.log.&amp;nbsp; Grep for "setStatus" in the files in /storage/log/vmware/vmware-sps to see when this status changed for the VP.&amp;nbsp; Log lines will look similar to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;2017-05-03T20:21:44.039Z [Thread-546152] DEBUG opId= com.vmware.vim.sms.provider.vasa.VasaProviderImpl - [setStatus] For provider &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://connect.nimblestorage.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2FA.B.C.D%3A8443%2Fvasa%2Fversion.xml" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://A.B.C.D:8443/vasa/version.xml&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, status changed from online -&amp;gt; offline&lt;/CODE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this is narrowed down, we can correlate with Nimble array logs to see what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to get the setup up and running back quickly, "Remove" the VP from vCenter, and re-register it from the Nimble array UI or from vCenter Storage Providers.&amp;nbsp; Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mamata&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
