MSA2312i Storage Controller failure

Hello, dear forum users.
Could you please help resolving issue with HP MSA2312i controller?

Once it has been turned off for several hours, but after power on there's a failure with controller [A].

I tried switching on and off again, but still no result - its just fails. After ejecting and putting it back- there's also no result. Btw, absolutely no indicators on the rear panel for that controller.

Any ideas on this failure?

Event log:

- B6918 314 There is a problem with a FRU. (FRU type: Controller module A, enclosure: 1, product ID: , SN: , version: , related event serial number: B6917, related event code: 313) 
- B6917 313 RAID controller A failed, reason Boot handshake timeout. Product ID , S/N\

Have the same Yesterday after Power Off MSA 2040 FC for 2 hours.

Controller A did not come back.

Try erverything (Swap Controllers, Pull/Put, ...).

Did not Help, Open a Support Case and yust now the replacing Controller is here.
