Refurbished Hard Disk

Our company use MSA 2012 fc. This is realy old product, but it still work. We bay refurbished Hard Drive. And today I replaced leftover HDD and I see in WEB Interface another Virtual Disks like: "cctv3-vdisk2", "cctv3-vdisk3" and "vd01".

Now, I have a question. If I replaced under warranty my HDD, you can sell our information to other companies? After the recovery disk you are not are formatting it?

This could be the problem, they may take back old products and sell the parts as spare parts.

How about complaining there?

Question is - is it a fault of the old owner or the reseller or both - however, it is a scandal.
