      <description>Hi Michael,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in my opinion - not necessarily, it could also be a loop problem as in the connections from the loop switches end that connectes to the disk in the question or the disk shelf which contains that disk! is your EMU for that particular disk shelf with this error working fine, can you see the green lights with the shelf number displayed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;wait for your response..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,</description>

      <description>Hi Michael.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to tell you that you not the only one in the world with that problem.&lt;BR /&gt;After upgrading (on the fly) with two more diskbay's I've got the problem too - on all 36 disc's. All indicatorlamps are green and eveything else looks just good.&lt;BR /&gt;I have been advised to bring the EVA5000 down.&lt;BR /&gt;Have you already tried that ??.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards&lt;BR /&gt;Carsten Thogersen&lt;BR /&gt;Denmark&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
