msa2040 after firmware update cant access web interface

I applied all firmware updates, after the last one i can't log in to web interface. Can connect to both controllers via CLI, all seems fine, show version/controllers etc look ok. I can log in controller B web interface, but its stuck on "The application is loading". Now the web address is xxx.xx.xx.xx/V3/index.html. Tried V2/index.html, and it works for both controllers. In this old interface everything is green, no errors in logs, i can even use it as it is.....but i am just a bit curious if anyone had this issue where they can't use the new version (v3) of the web interface after a firmware update.

Did restart mc and restart sc, still same issue.

Any ideeas?

Managed to solve it by downgrading one step of firmware. Maybe ill try again later with the latest version, just to see if this will happend again.
