I have bypassed the wizard with the following and made the MSA configuration and working like a charm now.

Step 1

Enable the HTTP protocol from CLI.

Step2

set user-interactions onboarding-step 255

Finally, connect to the SMU with HTTP and configure the MSA.

I have a brand new MSA 2060 FC and try to set it up.

After running the first setup wizard at System configuration, the START is gray-out and cannot proceed.

Can you please let me know how to fix this and proceed with the setup wizard?

@HighTaxes @Nk7
The CLI> set user-interactions command is undocumented and will not appear in online help or as a tab completion. This command is a 'service tech' command. While it is not detrimental to the system, it does bypass all the key setup configuration that is recommended in the best practices. PLEASE make sure to go back and review all the Settings, especially the notifications, and verify that all configuration is complete. Another good step would be to grab a set of logs and run them through the MSA HealthCheck site when you think you are complete. https://www.hpe.com/storage/MSAHealthCheck (Instructions for getting logs are out there too)
The command to turn on the HTTP protocol is not necessary and would be recommended to leave disabled. HTTP is a non-secure protocol while HTTPS is enabled by default and is recommended. When logging in through PUTTY you are using the SSH login which is not dependent on HTTP or HTTPS.

HighTaxes, thanks for the setup information. I have been unable to replicate the issue and sorry for experimenting on your system, it is not what I want to do.
The Update server will download a manifest file, JSON format, from the HPE support center on a regular basis and compare firmware on the system with the firmware in the manifest. The manifest can be downloaded independently and you can review what is in it. https://www.hpe.com/support/MSAmanifest
Since the manifest comes from the internet the MSA must have access to the internet and DNS to retrieve the file. Many times this will require a PROXY to be configured.
BTW, there are firmware updates available for your system: IN110P002 https://www.hpe.com/storage/msafirmware or the healhcheck will direct you to the firmware as well.
Thanks and if any others have details about setup that is causing this issue please post.
