      <description>Did you try the default password?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;User: admin&lt;BR /&gt;password: "password" (without the quotes)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't get in, try "factory" as the account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What version switch is this?  An older 2/8? or a newer 2/8V?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steven</description>

      <description>"password" should be the password.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only other way that I know to reset the password is to call brocade.  They will supply you with a file that you use to change the password while connected to the serial port in the switches POST debugmode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steven</description>
