The hardware for HPE MSA 2062 and HPE MSA 2060 storage is similar. HPE MSA 2062 storage arrays have a few additional features over HPE MSA 2060 storage arrays.

Hi,

There are different models of MSA 2060/2062 arrays based on host port connectivity - FC/10GbE ISCSI/SAS.

The controllers in MSA 2062 FC array is identical with MSA 2060 FC arrays.

Similarly, The controllers in MSA 2062 SAS array is identical with MSA 2060 SAS arrays.

MSA 2062 arrays comes with One Advanced Data Services LTU license and 2 SSD hard drives pre-installed on it.

From quickspecs sheet of MSA 2062 array: Includes an MSA 2060-branded LFF or SFF array chassis depending on model, two MSA 2060 controllers, two 1.92TB https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a00094630enw
Read Intensive SSDs, One Advanced Data Services LTU (preinstalled on the array)

SSD hard drives and Advanced Data Services LTU are optional purchases for MSA 2060 array.

We see everywhere 2060 Label is it normal (Controller , enclosure, iLO) ? we ordered MSA 2062, we got 2x1.92 SSD with license.

Yes, that is correct, because MSA 2062 is only a Bundle that includes MSA 2060 plus 2x SSD + License.
There is no different "Sticker".

I bought a msa2062 in box sticker everything is ok, part also mentioned as r0q80b,
But in software and also on device show r0q74b

Which one is correct?

R0Q80B is the correct part number for HPE MSA 2062 storage, and R0Q74B is for the HPE MSA 2060 storage variant. The HPE MSA 2062 (R0Q80B) may be compatible with R0Q74B due to some feature similarities.

The 2060 and 2062 are identical, as @Cali stated the 2062 is a bundle of the 2060 + ADS License + 2x SSDs
This is the case for systems coming out of the HPE factories as well. The 2060 labeling will be on every 2062.

The system is recorded in the support systems as the 2062 Part Numbers and the support team is aware they should check both 2060 and 2062 part numbers when validating entitlement(warranty/support)
