Scheduling issue on MSA 2060 array

Hello, for a few days now I have had a problem that the replication of volumes on the array suddenly stopped. Since then, stopping and resuming replication has not worked, but neither has any other schedule, including newly created ones. When I try to take a regular snapshot manually, it works, but it does not start from the schedule, and the information about the next start time in the cycle is not updated in SMU. I am asking for help from experienced people in this topic? Has anyone encountered such behavior?

Please check the replication and snapshot configurations, see if any configuration changes have been made recently, and check the event logs and errors if replication schedule issues have been reported and system health as well , and ensure that the firmware versions on both systems are compatible. some times replication and snapshot errors can occur as a result of incompatible firmware versions.

Please create a support ticket. There are likely 2 responses: Downgrade the firmware or Use a workaround. If you get the former answer and not an option for the latter, please DM me the case number.

I tried to add a report but at first the support page was unavailable and now I can't finish the report because when saving it I get an error like below:

Does anyone know when this will be fixed and if it is temporary?
