Hello There,

If the disks have failed and no longer detected, then there are chances the disk groups could be in faulty state.

In such condition, we may not be able able to delete the diskgroups or pool information.

Please log a support case so HPE support could assist in remote session in running some advanced commands to clear the disk group configuration.
