Hello,

I have an MSA 2062 storage system. For the past few days, whenever I try to log in, it gets stuck on the "The application is loading" screen and does not proceed any further.

I even connected my laptop directly to the storage system, but the issue persists, and it remains on the same page.

Hi,

we had a similar problem with our MSA. Fully restarting both Management Controllers with "restart mc a full" and "restart mc b full" over ssh resolved the issue.
This does not affect storage connectivity.

Hi ,

Have you tried launching a putty SSH session and issuing the commands listed below?

restart mc a

restart mc b

If the controller fw is IN210xx you may try the command restart mc both full as suggested by l_lang
