    <description>We have a EVA5000 coming out of warranty and we would like to support this unit ourselves&lt;BR /&gt;
(Being HP hardware support).&lt;BR /&gt;
I believe we are unable to do the VCS and drive updates, because HP do this themselves..&lt;BR /&gt;
As a company who has the required HP certifications required to look after such kit, why do we have to rely on HP.&lt;BR /&gt;
What do we need as a company to support this product fully.....</description>

      <description>Did you ask them? Anybody outside HP cannot really answer that question for them and I guess you won't get an answer from any employee here.</description>
