    <description>hello, I have a EVA 3000, who has a server like managment apppliance, the server has installed Windows 2000 advanced server and command view eva version 5, in the command view show the EVA in conflict, without showing luns and controller, in the administrator of Windows devices appears in conflict the following thing: HP hsv1000 scsi unknown device, I have two questions, in where encounter .inf for to correct the conflict that appears in Windows and the command view, as I can know the serial numbers of the controllers ?</description>
