    <description>I'm assuming you mean you can't access the VA with Command View. I posted the solution to this issue on another thread: &lt;A href="http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=396227." target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=396227.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;If you have lost the security password, you will have to connect up a cable to the serial port in the back of the array (either controller), and reset the password back to default (AUTORAID). The command is vfpsecure -R (older firmware) or secure -R (newer firmware).</description>

      <description>Greetings,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It appears for some reason our password on the VA7410 is forgotten or in error, we cannot access the box using what we believed to be the password, so I must assume it's lost. Does anybody know a proceedure to recover the password?</description>
