    <description>We have hsv210 with two controllers and two disk enclosures full with fc 300GB disks. Yesterday i mentioned that on three disks there is a warning which indicates that: "One loop connection lost ".&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
What does it mean and hov we can correct this issue???</description>

      <description>The disk drives in an EVA have two active data paths. The message means that there is an error on one path.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most likely, you EVA8000 is under warranty. Open a call with HP and let them help you to diagnose the problem - maybe there is a worse problem lurking in the background. The technican has tools to analyze the controller logs.</description>

      <description>You would have to wade through the EVA event logs and understand all those little details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please, no personal offense meant, Pavel, but if you don't even know what "One loop connection lost" means, you will have much more problems with all the 'technobabble' in the logs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The EVA is a very complex piece of technology. Let a qualified technician assist and analyze the problem for you.</description>
