Have you or are you using Selective Storage Presentation on the MSA?

I dont use anything, I try to make zones on switch and also i remvoed all the zones, at least dont i need to see MSA on the other side, even maybe with a NOT OK status? I dont know, it looks like a driver issue, but i tried, HP drivers, redhat drivers, qlogic drivers, all of them. I dont know whats wrong with these cards.

What type of Switches are you using. Zoning could be an issue if you have not configured it. In some cases, all access is blocked until you create the zones. I don't bellieve that you will see the MSA from the HBA, you will only see LUN's published to it.

Creat a Zone containing the MSA WWID and the Server HBA WWID, Make sure Selective Storage Presentation is turned off on the MSA controller at this stage to make life easy.

Also Boot from SAN is a bit different as well, If you wish this, then you need to turn the BIOS on, on the HBA.

Just I wonder, does these lines means anything? Because in one of them "host#=1" it looks like it see some kind of host on the other hand.

never mind host#=1 question. I see that it just numbered the connections starting from 0 and increments it. :)
