Check SAN switches for any zoning changes. Make sure the Command View server is zoned with the EVA.
If everything looks right, try re-booting the Command View server.

Hi,

I also having the same problem where the commmand view will lose its connectivity to the EVA storage system after a few months. Restarting the controllers prove to resolve the issue temporarily but have you rectified this with a permanent working solution? By the way, what XCS firmware version are you using now? Thanks.
