Secure Path Agent Installation Error While Setting Password

Hello,

after confirming the password during the installation of the secure path agent, an notification window pops up with the following error message:

AgentConfiguration File Error: A failure in saving the password was encountered!

When trying to configure the agent later on with the Secure Path Manager I get the following entry in the event log:

Unauthorized attempt to access Secure Path Agent from IP x.x.x.x

On an other server with the same environment it works fine. Any ideas to help me with my problem ?

Well, it works now after copying the files under ..\Compaq\SecurePath\Agent from the working system to the failed system.

But I still don't have any idea why the installation failed on one of the systems...
