    <description>hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;    I try to install IRS in a server. I got the problem as attachment1 shows. Does anyone have this kind of situation and know how to fix it? The server has SQL install in it and also is a Virtual Center. Is there any relation between IRS and these services?</description>
