i have 1 eva 4000(2c3d) and install cv version 7 but i upgrade cv to version 9.2 and now when logi cv i see all cv,bc,ca is experimental ? please help . i downgrade my cv but when login i did not see any controller and system not found controller but unistall cv and install 9.2 resolve the problem.if my error is all lic is experimental.how to resove this error????????

please help my force.

Did you upgrade FROM 6.x or earlier?
Then you need a new license.

yes i update xcs to version 6.22.

how to get new LICENSE and if all data in eva safe or all data when update eva is failed?

Nono, if you went from CV 6.x to 7.x or higher you need a new license.

Contact webware team and/or HP Support.

Hard to say if data is safe without access right?

Maybe ensure that firsta nd then check..
