Hello,

firmware??

Are the LUNs accessible? Maybe you have something on the network that's causing the issue for the management ports.

Hi,

I still can login via ssh, but now it is dead slow.

one still needs user manage to access msa via ssh.

Firmware version:

Bundle Version: TS230P008
Build Date: Fri Nov 18 16:33:42 MST 2011

after all I just restarted management controller with:

restart mc a

it sems that HP renamed man command to help in the embeded rbash :)

after a while I got the login prompt in the web interface.

BTW is here a place where one can complain about broken software/firmware.. whatever, or should it be done via support only ?

I didn't chek for luns because nothing is connected yet ... :)

Thank you,

Alex

Hmm, what you could do is ask the support for the root cause of the problem, that should get their attention :)

I believe the MSA2000/P2000 are rebranded dothill boxes.

Firmware appear to be the latest: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=US&swItem=MTX-5fbba9cbca0047de9b4718e1a4&mode=5&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=3687138

Maybe there is something on the same network as the management interfaces that is causing this behavior?

Let's see if it happens again than I will definitely bother the support.

>I believe the MSA2000/P2000 are rebranded dothill boxes.

True, at least MAC addresses belong to dothill.

Best regards,

Alex
