I have MSA2312sa.

My problem is that the web interface does not open. Telnet and ssh are working correctly.

Help me please.

This is a user to user forum, not the hp support.

Does the web interface of the other controller work?

What firmware is installed?

Should be mercurysw-M114R01-01.

I would try to restart the MC first and see what happens.

Also check the browser. Clear the cache. What browser version? Disable the proxy.

Restarting the storage did not help (power off).

I've tried two browsers - IE 10, Safari Mac, Chrome Mac.

How do I know the firmware version from telnet (I'm new in MSA)?

How to clear the cache?

Clear cache of the browser.

I would try to update the firmware.

The controller will use the other bank for storing the firmware.

Stop all I/O.

ftp to the controller and do

put mercurysw-M114R01-01.bin flash

Firmware has been updated successfully (I forgot the "flash" (put <firmware-file> flash)):

You could check the settings if http and https are still enabled.

If this isn't working at all, you probably need a new controller.

Sorry for the thread refloating, but had the same problem and just found a temporary workaround. I'm posting it here as couldn't found any other solution in HP forums.

In FireFox, you have to install the Greasemonkey addon if you do not already have it. Then create a new script for the MSA management interface:

I've seen this and found that adding the IP of the controller to the compatability view settings in Internet Explorer allowed the GUI to diplay correctly. (in IE)
