connecting MSA60 to MSA2012FC

Hi,

we have a msa2012fc

storage and want to connect it to a MSA60 enclosure,

as I checked for a bios update I noticed that it says:

Controller enclosure connect—to an HP StorageWorks P2000 G3 Modular Smart Array controller enclosure, for example

NOTE: The controller enclosure connection environment is supported for MSA70 drive enclosures only.

our MSA60 enclosure has version 2.18, if I understand correctly from this version it can only be used with a storage array controller

is there a possibility to get an older version of the firmware? Like 2.12

The MSA60 is not Supportet for MSA2012, this is not a Firmware issue.

You have to use the

HP MSA2000 Dual I/O 3.5-inch inch 12 LFF Drive Enclosure AJ750A

for the Large Drives.
