MSA2312FC controller error -2194

Hi,

I have MSA2312FC with dual controller, warranty expired. Both controller not accessable via htpp or ftp, but accesable via telnet.

Via CLI port when power on i see:

MC Elan COM Port 2 (Config Port) Init Done

Testing Microprocessor Memory

Microprocessor memory test OK

Skipping ECC test. No ECC test required.

LAN processor detected. Reversing functions of COM ports.

I would first try to boot the system with a single controller. Maybe one of them is bad and takes the other down.

It could be a bad chassis (backplane) too, hard to tell ...

I try to boot the system with a single controller with same result.

In another chassis controllers failed too.

I think this is software problem.
