      <description>hello I´ve got an older MSA1000 with Firmware 5.3 on the first controller. The second one shows following error: "204 ARRAY CONTROLLER DISABLED". The MSA 1000 is out of warrenty. What you i do- is there any workaround ? thanks</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a firmware mismatch, this issue can occur.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Upgrade the firmware of the second controller to 5.3(unfortunately this will be a complete offline upgrade)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will resolve the issue.</description>
