So I have an MSA2012 Chassis with two 2312fc controllers installed. been running for a couple of years. Had a power issue last night. now i have all three LED lite (UID blue-on, fault amber-on, activity green-on) on the front panel and NO lights on EITHER controller in the back.

Would this indicate both controllers are toast?

What is the status of the power supply LEDs?

Did you attempt to reseat the controllers and check?

If the power supply LEDs are green then it is suggested that you unplug one controller and pull it half way and try to boot with the other controller. Try the same with other controller in order to isolate which controller is faulty.

Hope this helps !!

Regards,

Zsal
