Please upload proper log file then only we can verify the same. Please find the steps to collect the same from SMU,

To save logs:

In the Configuration View panel, right-click the system and select Tools > Save Logs.
1. In the main panel:
a. Enter your name, email address, and phone number so support personnel will know who provided the log data.
b. Enter comments, describing the problem and specifying the date and time when the problem occurred. This information helps support personnel when they analyze the log data.
2. Click Save Logs. Log data is collected, which takes several minutes.
3. When prompted to open or save the log file, click Save.
• If you are using Firefox and have a download directory set, the file store.logs is saved there.
• Otherwise, you are prompted to specify the file location and name. The default file name is store.logs. You can change the name to be more specific, but keep the .logs extension.

Hi,

As a tip for the future, please just put the log in a .txt file. It's really painful to try to sort the .doc.

And you could have just done "get logs" or whatever it's called from the tools menu in the GUI (if that's working for you).

There are many of these:

B903 Time/date has been changed to 2012-04-10 05:10:51 Info 2012-04-09 22:57:55

B900 Time/date has been changed to 2012-04-08 23:10:51 Info 2012-04-08 17:23:19

B897 Time/date has been changed to 2012-04-07 17:10:51 Info 2012-04-07 16:14:37

B892 Time/date has been changed to 2012-04-06 11:10:51 Info 2012-04-06 01:37:33

Is it perhaps the B-controller that is restarting often?

Around 2012-03-22 13:12:19 - there are entries about power supply - did you guys do some maintenance perhaps? There were some vdisk creation a little later.

Anyway, the logs in the .doc don't mention any restarts. If you could provide other logs or details that could help.

Checked if there is a newer firmware or if it stops rebooting by taking out one controller?
