      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both compact flash cards (part of the controller) have failed. Try to reboot the controllers one by one. If the issue remains, replace the cards. make sure you are using current firmware (TS252).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is unlikely that 2 CF Cards fail at the same time. Can you check in the SMU you were getting errors similar to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; 242&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ERROR&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Auto-write-through trigger event: CompactFlash failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; 242&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ERROR&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Auto-write-through trigger event: CompactFlash failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes then you will need to replace both the cards with&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=768079-001&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank"&gt;http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=768079-001&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then we can try to check what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;None of the Event Shows any errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you add #show configuration and #show events output (Tail it to 500 lines)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reseat 1 of the Controller and Check if the CF Status Changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you will need replace the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
