    <description>In ACU check the model of that disk, search in hp.com that model, and download the latest firmware.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to upgrade the disk firmware, maybe it's too old for the MSA firmware.</description>

      <description>When my MSA500 boots up I get the following error "85 Bad Drive FRMWARE Box #1, Bay2".  Can this be fixed?</description>
