    <description>I'm, runing win 2000. If Automatic backup starts it hungs on "Collecting the Disaster Recovery information" and NDMAgent.exe utilize my CPU near 100%. I was try to reinstall Autobackup agent. Initial backup looks fine but first scheduled backup hungs again. Where shou be a problem ?</description>
