topic MS R2a upgrade on second node fails in StoreEasy Storage

I have a two DL380 G4 Storage Server NAS and received a free R2 upgrade from HP which installed fine on the first node. I then went to the second node to upgrade it and the installation fails with an Upgrade Failure dialog that reads "The upgrade appears to have failed. Please run the upgrade again and check the product key." At that point I assumed that the DVD I received had the key hard coded so that when the second node tried to use the same key, it was failing. I got another DVD from HP but the problem persists. Any ideas?

Check that the DFS service is started and set to Automatic. This is a pre-requisite for R2 upgrade.
