Restore CD.

I have a couple of DL100 G1s and DL100 G2s that I need to restore. I have ordered several restore dvds from the Software Depot and none of them work.

Two of them say they aren't for my server. The third one which is numbered 372171-003 boots up and then hangs on the Restore DVD splash screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Part numbers for the servers are:

397585-B21
384858-B21.

which type of external usb dvd drive do you use ?

The three I tested were on the G2 NAS with the DVD drive built in. I haven't attempted a load on the G1.

did you do something with storage ? (move disk or create raids )

No. No changes made. Array shows in optimal state.

I am using that one. HP part number 5697-6483. Tells me its not for my server. There have been no hardware changes. It has linux on it now and I want to load Windows Server 2003.
