topic problem with recovery dl 320s 6tb in StoreEasy Storage

I have a dl320s with 6 Tb.
For some problem the logical drive with the "dont erase" partition is gone... so my recovery dvd dosent work because cant find the partitions it needs. I tried to restore logical drives with the p400 array utility but, of course, i cannot create partitions as the recovery dvd ask.
So how can i proceed to restore the system?

Hi Michele,

Delete all the logical drives before restoring the box and boot from the DVD.
The System Recovery DVD will recover the OS and DON'T ERASE drives according to the expected size and configurations.

This should get the image restoration done successfully.

Regards,
Sherine

I have the same problem here with a dl320s. I have deleted all logical drives but then the recovery cd gives me an answer that the server doesn't appear to be a proliant server. I only can choose to reboot and exit.
