topic Media Valt broken in StoreEasy Storage

Hello,
My Mediavault seems to be broken; When I switch it on, only the blue light of the power button is glowing, but all others are out. Also once turned on I can only turn the media vault off by pulling plug.

Help me out here, I hate to send it in for repairs.
