      <title>Installing ACT CRM software with SQL on HP 6730S</title>

      <description>I have a new HP 6730S laptop on which I am trying to install the ACT CRM software v11 produced by Sage. This laptop is running Windows Vista business and the MS Office 2007 professional suite.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
 I have successfully installed this software which uses a SQL databse on other machines including another HP laptop.  When I try to run the install on this laptop it is failing and asking me for an "sa password". &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
This seems to me to be related to the instance of the SQL server software it is trying to install but I am not sure. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I have contacted both Sage who provide the ACT software and HP technical support without getting any clear answer to what is causing this.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Has anyone else experienced an issue with this? &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
