Hi I have AiO 600 server .last week this server got rebooted automatically and got the error in IML " ASR detected by system ROM".
. 5 servers are using the storage from this server.Pls let me know the reason for this error.
Can I update the Smart start 8.30 and firmware maintanence CD 8.60 on this server?
O.S is windows storage server.

Hi,

1. Configure system for complete memory dump
2. If you have a minidump in minidump folder (%system root%/minidump)attach it( its around 64Kb)

You can update the server with a service release instead of Proliant Support Pack. Dont install any thing else.

Also, can you make sure that the windows automatic updates are turned off on the server?

Can I update the server firmware using firmware maintanence cd 8.60?
How can I update the drivers and management agents?

Hi,
Please update the server with service release, this will take care of the drivers and management agents...
Check the release notes of service release, it may contain some firmwares as well.
