      <description>The MSA2000 series (which model do you have?) is a "block-server" providing SCSI LUNs via Fibre Channel, iSCSI or SAS (Serial Attached SCSI). They cannot do NAS functions (= network file sharing).       <description>It *IS* a SAN storage array!&lt;BR /&gt;And I have told you that you need an extra server to turn the block-serving into file-serving.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Of course it has a management utility, but there are differences between different models and interconnects.</description>
