NAS storage

Hi, I am using old SAN device. Net app.
It is connected to 2 servers. Exchange and SQL.

Both the servers are in cluster. Now I want to move this from SAN to NAS.(HP X1200).Is it possible to use this for cluster.
How I can configure this storage for existing exchange cluster and move the database to this?

if the downtime is not a problem, why don't you just copy you database files from NetApp to X1200?
