Hp Media Smart server EX490 problem

My product has problem-Hp Media Smart server EX490. I searched HP website but can't find solve my problem. Also my product warrant just past half year. the problem is: health light is green but always flash and sometimes show red; and light-bar no light. So please how knows how fix it or go where repair this product. --Thanks!

Try looking in the user guide for the meaning of the leds.

ready to store checked: hard drive died! very very bad product. Just used one and half year!
