    <description>i am trying to add a user-defined application with HP's AiO storage system management. I've done all the configuration on my vmware infrastructure client already. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error im getting is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unable to communicate with server(unable to connect to remote server x.x.x.x: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it x.x.x.x:12551&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you checked the following?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- FTP server settings (Are you able to ping to this server) This port â   12551 is this Open? &lt;BR /&gt;- Software/Personal Firewall Settings&lt;BR /&gt;- Anti-virus Software&lt;BR /&gt;If you are running "Norton Anti-virus 2005" and having strange problems connecting, disable the "Worm protection" or permit full access to the "sfFTPLib.dll" in the SmartFTP program files directory.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
