Thank you for the advice. The CPU usage dropped signiifacantly when I disabled the services. I will log a support case.

I am working on a StoreEasy 1660 that was installed some time ago, but never used. I upgraded the Management Console to 1.3.2.40 and everything there looks okay. I do see very high CPU usage on this server with the majority of usage being by Powershell. With the Management Console open it is running around 90% CPU usage and with the console closed it it drops to around 70%.

I am seeing errors connecting to remote server in both the StoreEasy Management Console (FormURLs) and Metric Montoring (pushgateway) logs.

Any ideas why these connections could be failing and if they are hanging Powershell?

Hi,

Please disable following services temporarily in the server

HPE StoreEasy metric collection service

HPE StoreEasy telemetry service

Check whether CPU and memory usage reduces significantly.

If SEMC is found to be the cause of high CPU and memory usage , please log a support case for detailed investigation.
