      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the solution - SSA is working now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But StoreEasy Pool Manager is showing the same error as attached previously.&amp;nbsp; Kindly advise as to what consequences would I face if I do not get the issue resolved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I checked the iLO where it is mentioned Storage - it shows Physical / Logical status - OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no RAID option to look for ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Manish,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glad to know that the steps shared worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pool Manager uses SSA in the back end and inability to access Pool Manager should not create any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could monitor the array logical drive / controller/ hard drive status through SSA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Physical / Logical status okay in ilo indicates healthy hardware including RAID configuration.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now based on your link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Storeeasy 1650 is based on Gen9 servers and ilo4 firmware from the below web link should work:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_97f5079671c84a11ac776a92cb" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_97f5079671c84a11ac776a92cb&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I visited the link and it shows me only 1 HP system DL 160 G9&amp;nbsp; under Products Impacted, so does it mean that StoreEasy 1650 iLO 4 could not be upgraded using the above or since my contract /warranty is not active that might be the reason not showing under Products Impacted ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
