Issues Sharing File in StoreEasy 1560

We setup a new StoreEasy 1560 connected to the network and try to attach network drive it will not allow it on the clients.

We can Ping all the node ok not sure why we can attach the shared volume on the client nodes.?

Any ideas as to what we can check to share file system from the StoreEasy to Windows Server?

If you are trying to map the network drives, you should be able to do it.

Else, if you are trying to access the files which are created from the StoreEasy Management Console.

Fromthe client machine, open run command window and put the IP address of the StoreEasy system (Where you have created the NFS Files Shares). You should be able to view the files. NOTE: All the systems are in the same network

Can you be a little more specific? We open a command window and enter the StoreEasy IPaddress? Should we try the mount command or some other command?

Before you proceed with the steps, can you tell me whether you are looking to access the file shares from the client machine?

It would be more helpful if you could send the screenshot of what you are trying to brief in the earlier stage.

We figured out the problem. We were entering this on the client ::\\192.172.93.23\Share\Data2 and it should only be :\\192.172.93.23\

and then select Data2

So this is resolved.
