My nas b2000 consistantly reports event id 1010 "The collect procedure for tcp/ip service in perfctrs.dll generated an exception or returned an invalid status." MS KB article 186713 states it is related to insight manager. I have Compaq management agents, but Services does not list insight manager as service. What do i need to disable/update?
Thanks!

Try making the Compaq NIC Agent inactive. Go to: Start / Settings / Control Panel. Double click the icon for Compaq Management Agents for Servers. Under the Service tab, remove the NIC Information agent which should move it over to the Inactive Agent column. If necessary, reboot the server.
