I am trying to install PXE services for Altiris on our NAS. During the installation process, I am required to supply administrative login credentials for the NAS which I do in the following format; domain\administrator. I am unsuccessful with this attempt and I am then forced to enter just administrator and password. The install fails because I need to add the domain portion to the login. How can I circumvent this?

We have had similar issues with anti virus agents. We got round it by directly attaching a mouse, screen and keyboard to the unit and then logging into the NAS box itself, not domain.

Hope this helps.
